• $50,000 signing bonus and up to $100,000 in educational loan repayment funds

Providence Medical Group is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine physician to join the Eagle Point Family Medicine Clinic, located just outside of Medford, Oregon. Our clinic features a patient-centered medical home model and multi-disciplinary team including physician, physician assistant, psychologist, case manager, and clinical pharmacist.
