Obstetrician/Gynecologist – Pinecrest Women’s Health
Location: Seattle, WA
Position Type: Full-Time
Pinecrest Health System is hiring a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN to join our full-scope women’s health team in Seattle. This is an excellent opportunity to practice within a mission-aligned, patient-first organization that values collaboration, access, and equity in women’s healthcare.
Practice Setting:
- Join a team of 7 OB/GYNs, 4 CNMs, and full-time women’s health APPs
- Modern outpatient clinic and full privileges at Pinecrest Medical Center
- Dedicated L&D and surgical time with 1:6 call shared among physicians
- Teaching opportunities with medical students and residents
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive guaranteed salary + productivity bonuses
- $25,000 sign-on bonus + relocation assistance

- CME: $3,500 annual allowance and 5 paid days

Lifestyle and Schedule:
- 4-day work week with 1 OR day
- Supportive call coverage model (no home call)

Qualifications:
- MD or DO with Washington medical license (or in process)
- BC/BE in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Passion for equity, teaching, and high-quality reproductive care
