Adult Outpatient Psychiatrist – Pinecrest Behavioral Health
Location: Seattle, WA
Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Pinecrest Behavioral Health, part of the Pinecrest Health System, is hiring a board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist to join our outpatient mental health clinic in central Seattle. We care for a diverse adult population in a team-based model that integrates therapy, medication management, and community supports.
Practice Overview:
- 100% outpatient with no inpatient or ED coverage
- Team includes psychiatrists, psychiatric NPs, LCSWs, and case managers
- Integrated care model with Primary Care and ED partnership
- Weekly collaborative case conferences and peer supervision
Work Schedule and Environment:
- Monday–Friday with flexible 4- or 5-day schedules
- Hybrid telehealth option available
- Protected admin time and manageable patient volume
- No call, no weekends
Compensation and Benefits:
- Guaranteed salary with annual quality bonus
- Generous PTO, CME time and $2,500 annual stipend
- Full benefits including malpractice, health, and retirement

- PSLF eligible – non-profit employed model
Qualifications:
- MD or DO with active or eligible Washington licensure
- Board certified/eligible in Psychiatry
- Strong interest in community-based mental health and systems of care
