Compensation and Benefits
- First-year guaranteed base salary:
- $275,000 for new graduates
- $300,000 for experienced physicians
- Partnership opportunity after one year
- Unlimited earning potential upon partnership

Schedule and Work-Life Balance
- Outpatient-only practice
- Full-time schedule with a 4.5-day work week
- Opportunity to transition to a 4-day work week after partnership
- No obstetrics
- No inpatient or hospital responsibilities
- Minimal call responsibilities, averaging 2–3 days of after-hours phone call coverage per month
- Flexibility in scheduling and patient panel management
Practice Details
- Established Family Medicine department within a multi-specialty clinic
- Access to Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Women's Health, Urgent Care, and specialty services
- EPIC EMR with AI-assisted documentation tools
