About the Role Cedars-Sinai is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physician to join our outpatient primary care network. You'll provide comprehensive, patient-centered care within one of the nation's most respected academic health systems, supported by an integrated, multidisciplinary team.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- No weekends, no call
- Flexible scheduling options after first year
Responsibilities
- Deliver full-spectrum outpatient primary care to patients of all ages
- Manage chronic conditions, preventive care, and acute visits
- Collaborate with APPs, nurses, specialists, and behavioral health partners
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our EHR (Epic)
- Average panel size of ~1,800 patients with 18–20 patient visits per day
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
- Active or eligible for California medical license
- DEA registration
- Strong communication and patient rapport
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $250,000–$285,000, with productivity bonus potential
- $40,000 signing bonus
- Up to $50,000 in student loan repayment
