About the Opportunity
Hudson Health Partners is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our growing outpatient primary care practice in Manhattan.
Position Highlights
- 100% outpatient practice
- 4.5-day work week
- Average patient volume: 18-20 patients per day
- Dedicated MA and care coordinator support

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult patients
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Perform preventive screenings and wellness visits
- Coordinate specialty referrals and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $285,000-$330,000
- Annual quality bonus
- Sign-on bonus
- CME allowance

- 25 days PTO plus holidays
Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active New York license or ability to obtain
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care
