Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients ages 18+, including preventive care, women's health, and chronic disease management.
- Maintain a full-time schedule: Monday–Friday (36 hours patient-facing, 4 hours administrative).
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and medical specialists to ensure high-quality, integrated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with practice and regulatory standards.
- Foster a positive attitude and a collaborative approach to clinical excellence.
Qualifications
- Board Certification in Family Medicine is required (must be BC prior to an official offer).
- Active Virginia medical license or ability to obtain one.
- Preferably at least one year of experience in an outpatient setting.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply, provided board certification is completed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary with lucrative bonus potential.
- Base Salary Range: $240k-$260k
- Partnership Track: 2-year path with no buy-in.

The salary for this role is $240k-$260k in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
