Bilingual Family Medicine Physician

Job Title: Bilingual Primary Care Physician (Outpatient Internal Medicine or Family Medicine)

Location: Alexandria, VA (Northern VA)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday; no evenings or weekends.

We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Physician to join our established private practice serving the Alexandria, Springfield, and Lorton communities. The incoming provider will work alongside 12 primary care physicians, 8 advanced practitioners, and 10 physical therapists. This is an ideal role for a physician who values clinical autonomy and quality patient care. We are specifically looking for a physician who is fluent in Spanish to best accommodate the patient panel.

• Adult-Focused Clinical Scope: Manage a diverse patient panel consisting primarily of adults and geriatrics. Our clinical focus centers on the comprehensive management of chronic conditions, including obesity, hypertension, and diabetes. To ensure a modern and flexible workflow, virtual visits are seamlessly integrated into the daily schedule.
• Dedicated Team-Based Support: We believe in the power of consistency. Each provider is paired 1:1 with a dedicated MA to foster a strong working partnership and ensure a high level of continuity for our patients. This pairing allows you to focus on your patients with the confidence that your clinical "teammate" knows your preferences and your panel.
• Streamlined & Efficient Workflow: Experience a balanced outpatient schedule. We protect your time with a guaranteed midday break and leverage Privia’s After-Hours Nursing line as a "first line of defense," which has significantly reduced call volume to a light, phone-only burden, which is shared between all primary care providers (1:20).
