Outpatient Primary Care | 4-Day Work Week | $350k+ Potential
Victory Medical Center is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our well-established, physician-owned outpatient practice with locations in Austin and Westlake Hills, Texas.
Founded in 1996, Victory Medical Center is a respected multispecialty private practice with strong patient demand, a tenured support team, and a physician-friendly model that prioritizes patient care, provider autonomy, and long-term patient relationships.
Position Highlights:
- 100% outpatient primary care
- 4-day work week
- 15–20 patients per day with built-in admin time
- Immediate patient demand (current 3-month wait for physician appts)
- Dedicated MA support and tenured clinical/admin team
- On-site services including lab, pharmacy, x-ray, ultrasound, EKG, DEXA, and more
- Opportunity to incorporate preventive medicine, weight management, longevity medicine, or other clinical interests
Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed base salary + uncapped bonus ($350k+ total income potential)
- Medical, 401k w/4% match, PTO, CME, malpractice coverage, and more
Qualifications:
- BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Texas License or eligibility to obtain
